Maniac-To Be With You (Mr. Big Cover)

this was probably the best moment of my life. they played this for katie & myself after a show at st. andrews back in 2008. we had seen them several times but something always happened & we never got to see their aftershow acoustic sets, so they made sure to play us a song this time (i think my tattoo kinda won them over, haha.) posting this tonight because i just really miss them & finding out maniac will be playing at my future place of employment makes me oddly nostalgic & i almost feel like i’ve come full circle and might actually be able to have a career in this industry. it’s nice in a weirdly sad kind of way.

This is a great song by a band I love, The Matches. Of all the bands that I like that have broken up I wish these guys would get back together the most.
